CTUY 12-Week Program
The CTUY 12-Week Program is a lifestyle program! It is geared at teaching proper, balanced nutrition without eliminating any major food group, without major restrictions, and without fad methods of dieting that leads to starvation, deprivation, and inconsistency. Learn the science behind what your body needs and why. Experience how your internal system works by following your personally-tailored program. The 12-Week Program comes with 4 weigh-ins (pre-program, 4wk weigh-in, 8wk weigh-in and 12wk weigh-in), as well as a binder for program content, 2 exercise DVDs, program content emailed every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 12 weeks, and personal online coaching. If you are a member of Facebook, you will automatically be added to a group called CTUY Support for further accountability throughout your 12-Week Program. I explain the scale I use & the goals for each number on my scale, I provide you with meal & snack examples, and give full details so you can decide if the 12-Week Program is suitable for you! ​CTUY 30-Day Slim Down
New to CTUY is the 30-Day Slim Down! This Program option includes your CTUY 30-Day Slim Down Menu, 2 weigh-ins (pre-program & 30 day weigh-in), and the Arbonne Essentials Meal Replacement shake you need for the 30 days! The shakes are vegan so the protein is derived from cranberry seed, rice, and pea proteins; there is no whey protein. The shakes are designed to burn at a steady rate while increasing your metabolic rate with the help of B-vitamins, low glycemic energy, and slow digesting nutrition to make you feel fuller longer. They are thick and tasty! Natural cane sugar is used for sweetening, the shakes are gluten free and non GMO. 

FOLLOWING YOUR 30-Day PROGRAM:
Like all other CTUY Programs, your CTUY 30-Day Slim Down Menu is designed to yield your own personal calorie needs so that lean muscle is not compromised. Your breakfast, lunch and dinner meals would be a meal replacement shake while your morning snack, afternoon snack, and evening snack would be whole food snack options. You get a few options at each snack time. All meals and snacks have to be eaten at their allotted times, however, the DINNER SHAKE and the EVENING SNACK can be flip flopped in order to have more of a dinner-type meal with your family rather than drinking a shake at the supper table, if that works better for you. I allow for a few select “go-to’s” in case of severe hunger. You are limited to 1 per day at the most, and only when the need is genuine. For extra accountability this program options includes 
personal online coaching. If you are a member of Facebook, you will automatically be added to a group called CTUY Support for further accountability throughout your 30-Day Slim Down!

IMPORTANT TO YOUR 30-Day PROGRAM:
- The 30-Day Slim Down can start at any time
- The 30 days that you choose should be 30 days that will be relatively easy for you to stick to your menu for. While the shakes are very easy to travel with, the snacks need to be followed to ensure the very best results as well. 
- I need enough time prior to your Program start date, to order supplements and have them delivered to your house. If you are interested in this Program, please get in touch with me a week or 2 before so we can organize you for the date you would like to start on
- PRICE TOTAL $345+tax  
- I outline Arbonne Protein Snack Bars in your menu. These are an option at the Evening Snack time, but are not included in the cost of the Program. If you wish to include a box or more to your order, I would need to know ahead of time. The flavours are: Chocolate & Sea Salt or Frosted Lemon. A box of 10 are $30.40


CTUY Fast Track Program 
The Fast Track Program offers an 8-week session or a 12-week session. With this program option, you are given the ability to keep food very clean & strict by choosing the ADVANCED OPTION at every time of eating (meals & snacks are outlined 6x/day); if you choose the ADVANCED option for the majority of the Program, you will get the BEST fat loss result! However, there is a “second best” option AND a more flexible third option at meal times to choose from. For snacks, there is always an ADVANCED OPTION and a second-best option. In this Program, your first menu is emailed to you on the Friday before the start date in order for you to get organized with the food you will need to start officially on Monday. Each week you receive a NEW MENU on Fridays at 6am to follow for the following weeks. Includes 4-week weigh-ins, menus for 8 or 12 weeks and personal online coaching. If you are a member of Facebook, you will automatically be added to a group called CTUY Support for further accountability throughout your Fast Track Program!

CTUY Post 12-Week Program
If you are interested in another 12-Weeks of emails every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am, the Post 12-Week Program provides all new recipes, meals and snack options 3x a week for 12 weeks! Educational Info and Positive Thinking are not a part of this Program, it is based on obtaining more tailored food to add to your lifestyle! This program option Include 4x30min weigh-ins: pre-program weigh-in, 4-week weigh-in, 8-week weigh-in & 12-week weigh-in, a NEW CTUY Binder for NEW Recipes, Meal Options and Snack Options, NEW Monday, Wednesday & Friday recipes for 12-Weeks, & personal online coaching. If you are a member of Facebook, you will automatically be added to a group called CTUY Support for further accountability throughout your Post 12-Week Program!
