Laurie joined Conquer the Unhealthy You: 12-Week Program in July 2012. In pounds on the scale, Laurie lost 16lb in her first 12 Week block! Laurie did this without losing lean muscle mass; rather, she maintained her lean muscle and worked at only eliminating body fat. Laurie completed the 12 Week Program with such ease; she was meant to be programmed and has been the best little student!
Between her CTUY 12-WK Programs, Laurie consistently kept losing body fat and maintaining her lean muscle mass by following her CTUY Program Options and sticking with exercise that was most realistic for her.
Laurie joined another 12 Week Program in September 2013 and to date has lost 40.2lb! On this day of her AFTER Picture above, Laurie was being presented with an award for 35 years served at St. Lawrence Lodge. She got all dolled up to receive her award, and some of her colleagues didn’t even know her!
It has been Laurie’s consistency, commitment, attitude, perseverance and dedication to her moderate lifestyle of healthy, balanced nutrition with exercise that makes sense to fit into HER lifestyle that has gotten Laurie this far. If Laurie could only say 1 thing about her experience with the 12 Week Programs, she would tell you “If I can do it, YOU can do it!”
Laurie, thank you so much for your positive attitude, your bouncy personality and the laughs you bring to me at the gym. You have kept things so balanced and even take rest days and cheat on your birthday! She just makes it up with MORE CARDIO! You’ve come so far and every time I see Laurie, I notice changes again and again! Congratulations on your proven efforts with the Programs and with your consistent weight loss since 2011. You have come a long way Laurie, and with such ease it has seemed! I know you will continue to MOVE FORWARD with your goals; you do it so well! Muah!
